Directions:

- Use peeler to peel stems of broccoli than cut into 1/4 inch thick circles, add to bowl.
- Press garlic on top of bowl, add salt, pepper and oil.
- Toss bowl until broccoli is evenly coated.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
