Parmesan Zucchini

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch slices. 
  3. Add zucchini, salt, pepper and olive oil to a bowl. 
  4. Toss bowl until zucchini is evenly coated. 
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. 
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan on top of zucchini.
  7. Broil on high for 5 minutes or until parmesan is golden brown.
